New MA bakery goes gluten-free

From The Bolton Common (Harvard, MA):  It seems like every other bakery you’ve visited: the aromas wafting floor to ceiling upon entering; hot soups steaming in one corner, bread and Boar’s Head meats awaiting their next mouth in another; muffins to die for.

Nothing — not even the taste, according to the owner, Paula Murphy — differentiates Peaches Bakery from any other.

But Peaches is different. It’s a safe zone for those who are used to asking for a list of every ingredient when out to lunch. It’s a dedicated gluten-free bakery.
